A biomass installation represents a long-term commitment on behalf of the client and we are committed to providing on-going back-up and support.

The standard service package is usually tailored to suit individual customer requirements - from regular monthly checks, ash bin emptying and ash disposal to annual servicing or breakdown cover.

In the unlikely event of technical problems following commissioning, Reith Partners can provide a tailored maintenance/service package to suit customer requirements.

Most customers adopt the option of annual servicing, together with telephone support and discounted emergency call-out.  The company's experience in operating and maintaining boilers has allowed us to build up a stock of the most common spare parts together with detailed knowledge in diagnosing faults.  The Herz boilers own electronic Biocontrol is rugged and reliable and can identify faults which, with the help of the instruction mannual, can be resolved simply without necessarily requiring an engineer visit.

Regular maintenance is often the key to trouble-free operation and the training that is given to customers following boiler commissioning emphasises this point.

If fuel is supplied to a customer under a heat contract, Reith Partners require that they undertake the boiler maintenance.
