Design

There are two elements to the system design;

•  Equipment layout
•  Heating system design

Equipment layout

Reith Partners do this in-house based on their practical knowledge and experience and then it is signed off by Herz ensuring optimum efficiency. A CAD drawing will be produced once the equipment layout design is finalised. 

We also provide support where required to the client’s architect for Planning or Building Warrant purposes.

We work on the principle that a design that is well thought through will minimise any future problems and maximise efficiency.

Heating System Design

Reith Partners select and commission a specialist consultant for this element of the project depending on the nature and scale of the project.e.g.

Kerr Associates, Jameson Design or Dennis Shadbolt

The degree of automation and control is determined at this point in discussion with the client in-line with their requirements.

The cost implications are reviewed at each stage. The district heating networks will be designed and costed at this time also.

A design drawing to be followed during the installation process will be produced now.

With all of the design work complete and signed-off the boiler is ordered on behalf of the client and the installation project lead-time begins. Reith Partners will specify and source all the materials and elements required.
