| Does the price include delivery? | The cost will normally include delivery. To obtain an accurate price, please contact us, but as a guide, prices range from £65 -£85 per LandRover load (loose logs) within 30 miles of Perth. |
| Can you supply larger quantities of logs? | Larger quantities over longer distances are no problem, and we can provide individual quotes depending upon your requirements. |
| Are the logs sold by weight or by volume? | Always by volume as we try to get the logs as dry as possible before they are delivered. |
| Does the price include VAT? | Yes, usually at 5% if the fuel is for your own use. We are required to charge VAT as the company is registered. |
| How much notice is required? | We normally recommend a week to 10 days, but will do all we can to help if you have run out of fuel. Winter deliveries invariably take longer than in the summer -hence, we encourage people to stock up. |
| How are logs delivered? | We normally deliver with a long wheel-base, Hi-cap LandRover which holds 1.2 cubic meters. Larger loads can be delivered with the L/R and a double-axle tipping trailer, or we can arrange bulk tipper loads. |
| Can the logs be stacked? | Unfortunately, we cannot normally offer a stacking service. The logs will be thrown /tipped out of the vehicle wherever the L/R can get to. |
| Do we need to be at home for a log delivery? | We recommend that there is somebody to meet us the first time so that the logs are put in the right place, but for regular customers this is not necessary. |
